                           THIS PERSONAL ALARM COULD SAVE A LIFE

You could clip the alarm i.e. to the belt. Upon pulling the cord a 90 dezibel alarm goes off, alarming people that you are in distress.The alarm only stops if you fumble the little pin back in.Allthough the idea originated from my goddaughter being distressed upon being followed, this alarm serves anybody(i.e. I gave one to my  mum that lives alone to alert the neighbours, I carry one while jogging).We wont pretend that because of this alarm,all of a sudden all violence stops but we are quite frustrate by the increase in violence over the last years and this seems to be at least a means of protection in case you find yourselve in a dangerous situation. We would like to stress the point though that it depends also on YOU that this works. Explain to your child that THIS IS NOT A TOY but is to be used ONLY IN A DANGEROUS SITUATION similar to a firealarm.
